Principal ServiceNow Developer
10 years in software engineering and 6+ years building ServiceNow solutions across ITOM, CMDB, ITSM, Employee Center Pro, and enterprise integrations.
About Me
I'm a Principal ServiceNow Developer with 10 years of software engineering experience and 6+ years delivering ServiceNow solutions across telecom and government projects.
My work spans both ITOM and ITSM—from Event Management (CA Spectrum, AppDynamics, Kafka), Network Discovery, MID Servers, and CMDB Data Foundations (IRE & CSDM) to Employee Center Pro (ESC Pro) migrations, Service Operations Workspace, Virtual Agent, ServiceNow Mobile, and full on-premises upgrades up to the Zurich and Australia releases.
Starting my career in frontend engineering (Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap) gives me a strong foundation for building clean portal experiences and custom workspace tools while staying true to out-of-the-box platform standards. I hold the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations (CIS-DF) certifications.

Beyond the code
Things I Love
Code
Building the future, one commit at a time
“Always code as if the guy who ends up maintaining your code will be a violent psychopath who knows where you live.”
Cars
Where engineering meets art at 200mph
“Have you ever noticed that anybody driving slower than you is an idiot, and anyone going faster than you is a maniac?”
Coffee
The ritual that starts every great idea
“Coffee is a slow poison? It must be slow indeed, for I have been drinking it every day for seventy-five years.”
Music
Soundscapes that fuel deep focus
“I don't know anything about music. In my line, you don't have to.”
Gaming
Competitive by nature, strategic by choice
“I used to be an adventurer like you, then I took an arrow in the knee.”
Travel
New places, new perspectives, new code
“I never travel without my diary. One should always have something sensational to read on the train.”
